🦅Metacade Migration Information
This page will be updated with dates and times once we have everything agreed upon with the official BASE development team. Below is an illustration of the process so you can get familiar.
The Official Migration Date - This will be announced in advance of the liquidity unlock.
Uniswap Liquidity Unlock - On the 10th May 2024 our current locked liquidity is unlocked which supports the DEX pair MCADE/USDT.
CEX Trading - Further details will be provided shortly but we will pause all trading pairs in preparation for the migration as close to the official date so as not to disrupt trading for too long.
NEW $MCADE Contract Address - We will provide the new address for the MCADE/USDT pair on BASE which you will be able to access via Uniswap in the same way as the ETH pair.
Add New $MCADE Token Address - You can add the new token address to your wallet so you can see the new tokens arrive once you bridge successfully.
The Super Bridge Opened - You can then send your current $MCADE on Ethereum to BASE via https://superbridge.app/ (check official links) and receive a 1:1 ratio for your tokens into the same wallet. You will need ETH for gas fees to make this transaction and this will be the only method of migration.
CEX Trading Live - Once the new liquidity pool and pair have been established on BASE we will turn the CEX trading back on so everyone can trade normally.
What do you need to do in preparation?
Add BASE network to your Metamask or Trust Wallet.
Ensure you have ETH in your wallet before the migration goes live to pay for gas fees.
Await instructions from official Metacade channels.

Engage with any unofficial accounts, messages, or articles that state the migration is live, offer airdrop incentives, or any other fraudulent behaviour.
Bad actors might create small liquidity pools on BASE during migration. Do not trade your token until you have confirmed you are trading the right pair and our liquidity.
